Minimalism as a holistic lifestyle inspires sustainable action, conscious consumption and efficient organization. The guiding principle “focus on the essentials” can be applied in all areas of work and life. A conscious use of one’s own resources and those of others leads to more time and focus and thus creates more structure in life and everyday work. The reduction of things and conscious consumption are only the first steps.
